They can use any provider of their choice like Twilio, MessageBird, MSG91, Kaleyra etc. No need to check 5 different dashboards to get different data. You get a consolidated view of all communication that is going from your backend. Manage all your templates at one place and edit/preview them directly from the dashboard. Retry rules let you handle message delivery failures and make sure that your messages reach your users at any cost.
