The Chicago Federation of Labor Workforce and Community Initiative is a 501(c) 3 workforce and economic development organization located in Chicago, IL. The CFL Initiative's mission is twofold. The first is to work with job seekers, including laid off workers, veterans, low income, and disadvantaged communities to provide job search and training solutions that lead to employment.
