This technology is based on the use of bacteriocin/immunity in any bacteria, yeast or algae for controlled growth of microorganisms (US Patent 9,333,227/10,188,114).Syngulon has demonstrated its selection technology's efficacy at lab scale and is working with customers to use this technology for the production of recombinant products (application in sterile condition).For application in open or semi-open fermentor, Syngulon can customize the bacteriocins based on metagenomic analysis of contaminants.
