DIH was founded by Nate Foreman in 2011 with 1 therapist and 1 contract. Today we have branches in 10 different markets and have grown to become one of the largest providers of contract therapy services in country. DIH has a Home Health division as well as a Travel Therapy division to accommodate therapists unique goals and interests.
