Göçtur was established in 1987 by the investment decision of Göçen Family in tourism. Pine Bay Holiday Resort was opened in 1993 by Göçtur. Gained momentum and achievements with Pine Bay Holiday Resort; Göçtur has strengthened its position in the service sector. In 2013 the first global brand called Kuşadası Double Tree by Hilton opened in Kuşadası. By restoring Old Town Tanneries; Goctur not only spiritualized recent history but also opening Atadan Dabak museum and G Art Gallery at this area has reintegrated both art and living space into the society.
