Haley Tobin's Company Details
Code Climate is the company behind Velocity, a Software Engineering Intelligence platform that maximizes engineering impact with trusted insights for leaders and teams at all levels — from capacity and delivery to quality, culture, and costs. Code Climate was founded in 2011 by engineering leaders who were frustrated by the lack of visibility into data that would enable them to make informed improvements. Today, we provide thousands of engineering leaders with the tools to make data-driven decisions through a flexible, scalable, and secure platform. Velocity provides visibility into the engineering team’s health, investment of resources, operational efficiency, and progress towards key goals. Backed by leading VC firms, including PSG, Union Square Ventures, Foundry Group, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, and NextView Ventures, Code Climate has raised $66M in funding to date, having closed a Series C round in August 2021. Code Climate is honored to have been named one of Built In’s Best Places to Work in 2022 and 2023.
