Sunset is a rehearsal space run by artists, for artists. Original and gritty, with an atmosphere that mimics the live Adelaide music scene, Sunset's super loud PA's and large spaces can accommodate small and bigger bands. Ranging from growling sub's, ear splitting highs and warm mids, Sunset lets you play the way you want to play at a level you want to hear; providing an ideal environment to spend a few hours hammering out your set list in anyway you like. Whether you're a local band or solo artist, a touring act, looking to record a demo, find a teaching space, or just have somewhere you can crank your amp up to 11, Sunset offers comfort, convenience and reckless abandonment. With great acoustics, equipment and facilities, Sunset has everything you need for the ultimate rehearsal experience. Emily and Hamish took over as the new owners in early 2013, and being passionate musicians who perform on the live scene, their focus is on making the place sound and feel as close to performing live as possible. They strive to make Sunset a hub where musicians can connect, be inspired and create amazing music. All 5 rooms are air conditioned with fully automated access, and can also have drum kit or amps supplied as an optional extra. Our great quality equipment includes Yamaha P.A.s and Shure microphones in every room. Sunset is centrally located on South Road Just 10 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, which allows for easy access to most of Adelaide's most premiere music venues. Our flexible times between 9am and 10pm, and easy management of your bookings online, means we can adjust to suit your schedule. The coded entry system also means you'll never be stuck without a key or left waiting for someone to let you in.
