Our mission is to help our portfolio companies achieve their true potential by investing in people, processes, and products so that they can participate in the US infrastructure reinvigoration journey more competitively. Additionally, we recognize that one of the biggest problems faced by small manufacturing and construction companies is the lack of availability of quality trained employees in key roles.
