Pacer Cricket Academy (PCA) registered in the UK, provides cricket coaching and training programs to players from all age groups. The aim is to raise the standards of how cricket is coached through PCA's unique systematic approach as well as our coaching panel's unparalleled playing experience at the highest level, backed by exceedingly qualified monitoring and assessment, post program support and player pathways teams.Wasim Akram is the Head Coach of PCA. Known, as the Sultan of Swing, Akram is the first ever bowler to capture more than 400 wickets. He is one of the greatest bowlers of all time. With 502 players falling pray to his skills, he is the highest ODI wicket taker. Akram so far has played a key role in Pakistan's development over the last 15 years, encouraging its status as a formidable cricketing nation.PCA is introducing itself in Pakistan through a 3-day talent hunt and training camp and a launching ceremony here at Islamabad. The cricket camp, under guidance of Wasim Akram, Muhammad Yusuf along with panel of experts from the UK and Pakistan will give first hand coaching and training lessons to young cricket players. Selected players will also go through a 12-week follow-up plan focused on their nutrition, fitness and skill development. The panel of experts comprise of ex Pakistani cricketers that include Muhammad Yousuf, Shoaib Akhtar, Ijaz Ahmed, Saqlain Mushtaq, Nadeem Khan, Kamran Akmal, Yasir Arafat, Ata Ur Rehman, Bazid Khan, and international players that include Alex Tudor, Steve Kirby, Dirk Nannes, and experience coaches from the UK mainly including Muhammad Haroon (ECB-Level-IV), Syed Zubair Shah (ECB Level-II), Muhammad Zahid (ECB Level-II), and Masood Mirza (ECB Level-II).
