The Future Melting Pot (TFMP) is a social enterprise working primarily with women and young people, particularly those classed as NEET (not in education, employment or training) and from ethnic minority backgrounds. We are based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter and provide a range of support and services to young people interested in business in accordance with their needs and interests. We work with people interested in enterprise to develop their personal and business skills, helping them follow their entrepreneurial dreams and providing tailored, personalised support in line with their needs and wants. We have a special focus on self-employment and enterprise creation, and encourage the individuals we work with to develop new social enterprises to help their communities in these challenging times.
