Balance.Yoga.Barre. opened in 2013 with a commitment to creating and developing a well-designed workout program incorporating the principles of Yoga, Ballet, Barre and Pilates. Our philosophy is simple: we believe exercise is a basic need for all humans, regardless of age, fitness level or health goals. Our promise is to promote wellness and deliver workouts that inspire people to be their best.Balance.Yoga.Barre. (BYB) was born out of necessity. We're the first and only Oklahoma-based heated studio offering Hot Vinyasa flow, Hot Pilates, and unique Barre classes all in one location. Since our founding we've grown to include locations in:New York City, NYDenver, COEdmond, OKTulsa, OKOklahoma City, OKNorman, OKBroken Arrow, OKWe plan to continue growth with more studios & expanded services. A few of our studios have adapted to include child care classes & Ashtanga.
