I suppose the "why" behind my teaching, coaching and business is really quite simple; I have personally benefited from making my physical and mental health a daily priority and now strive to help others do the same. By assisting my clients in making simple adjustments to their lifestyle, I am able to encourage them towards a life of fulfillment. This work reminds me of what I value and helps me to share what I am passionate about with those around me. At Health with Hannah, I offer both private and event based yoga classes. I also offer life-coaching for individuals, families and groups. I work with companies and organizations to provide yoga as both a relief and bonding experience for the group. I also work with companies and organizations as a guest lecturer to help encourage a more cohesive team environment, and to draw out inspiration in employees through coaching. Similarly, I work with individuals, couples and families as a yoga instructor to help provide stress reduction techniques, trust and renewed connection. I work with this same group as a life coach to reconnect to themselves or each other and learn to better understand their future goals based on their values.
