We are developing a new ocean research technology to better understand the ocean carbon cycle. The ocean removes roughly 25% of the CO2 humans emit, but we don't fully understand its impact on the ocean. This technology and methodology will help us better calculate the ocean and worlds carbon budgets. It will also help us understand and predict the impacts global warming and climate change will have on our oceans. This is very important for ocean nations, especially now when the new blue economies are developing. We also leading the GEA@275 Project. The research project aim to test the hypothesis that marine snow can be used as a controlled drawdown method to remove atmospheric CO2. The controlled initiation of marine snow in the Southern Ocean could remove up to 20% of the world's annual CO2 emissions. Our GEA@275TM technology will have a large impact in stopping global warming.
