Lucinetic was created to empower the letter of recommendation writing process with AI-enabled software to help reinvest time back into essential obligations while reducing bias and strengthening the recommendation ecosystem. We are developing the first culturally competent dashboard to provide an intuitive and interactive letter of reference (LOR) request and writing process, paired with organization, ranking, and submission assistance, enhancing equitable access to opportunities for all university students independent of identity.
