Sovereign was founded in South Africa in 1972 and will celebrate our 50th Anniversary year in 2022. Originally serving the domestic deep subsurface mining industry, Sovereign has broadened its reach and the industries we serve and are actively engaged in leak mitigation in tunnels and in mines worldwide. Sovereign's goal is to continue to be a global leader in the development and application of polymer grouts with a focus on quality assurance. Our research teams are continuously pursuing new technologies that will lead to grout formulations and application methods that produce the ultimate water seal for any hydrogeological setting. We are currently expanding the successful application of our grouts to mining, civil projects and nuclear sites within and beyond our existing core markets in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. The Sovereign Group of Companies currently maintain operations in Australia, the United States, Canada, Russia and Singapore.
