AltTech foundation is not-for-profit organization that has been working on energy and water solutions for over the past decade. We bring convergence beyond regular approaches. The focus is on a clutch of three areas we drive.(a) professional education, with SAANSS and industry leaders sharing experiences.(b) public campaigns to involve/engage, with the WOW Action Forum that has set an audacious target of 1000 crore litres (or ten billion litres) of saving with many city leaders joining the battle.(c) practical research to help policy and governance, with Purposing Programmes.We work with institutional partners who see and share these deep values – in India and the world. All of these activities bring convergence on the one thing we all want India to secure. A balance between the insanity of GDP-led policy, and the hard balance we need on deep decarbonization.
