In Nutrition Therapy, we use modern nutrition & Ayurvedic principles to provide you the right guidance towards food.Our founders: Dr. Pallavi Harish, a doctor by profession, quit her job to pursue her passion for preventive health. She has done her Master's in Yoga Therapy for doctors, recognized by the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana. She is also trained under Bihar School of Yoga. She is a qualified Sports Nutrition Specialist and Physical Trainer from the American Council on Exercise. Harish Raju is a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner certified by NLP Inc. UK, recognized by the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Practitioners (ABNLP). He is also a Pranic healer. He combines NLP with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy in his approach.
