IT Leaders runs both public and in-house IT training courses in the UK and internationally through its partners. Our training courses are run by experienced IT professionals who have worked at senior levels in large organisations. We instruct, guide and support our delegates as they improve their IT management skills and IT leadership development. Our courses are delivered through our scheduled program, or tailored for clients and delivered in-house. Delegates who attend scheduled public courses are eligible for membership to the IT Leaders Network. This is a closed group of over 1,000 professional IT managers. The core courses we offer are: * IT Leadership * Our flagship "Excellent IT Leadership" programme is targeted at existing IT managers and directors who are looking to develop their IT leadership and management skills. Topics including high level influencing, business and IT strategy, innovation (technology and thought leadership), business change management, crisis leadership and IT governance. * IT Management * The "Excellent IT Management" programme covers IT strategy, business relationship management, business engagement and managing, advanced communication skills, IT operational excellence, including high level lessons in ITIL, 6 Sigma and continual improvement plus coaching and motivating technology teams. * IT Commercial Management * The IT commercial management programme is a three day programme covering IT sourcing, creating and managing IT contracts, negotiating technology, plus vendor assessment, investment appraisals, IT budget management and other finance topics specifically relevant to IT managers.
