An authentic heritage brand from the USA, Salt-Water sandals are a modern American classic from the 1940's. Using scrap leather from the floor of his Military Boot factory, Walter Hoy fashioned the first pair for his daughter during the 2nd World War. Soon after the whole neighbourhood were knocking on his door so in peacetime he switched away from boots to making kids sandals. Suitable for swimming and getting wet, Salt-Water sandals are now available in Adult sizes, a range of designs and premium finish leathers. Worn by Maggie Gyllenhaal, Florence Welch, Kate Moss and a host of celebrity kids - they are a fashion blogger's go to sandal. Available on the International market since 2011.
