LERA promotes empowerment and community driven initiatives within the East Phillips Neighborhood. Through Innovative Community Driven Initiatives; LERA is committed to remaining grounded in the values and needs of its residents while continuously developing its vision to best serve the community.All programs are culturally centered and focused to provide employment, education, youth development, and safety engagement.
