That is why we created the charity, Mission Beyond. A community of purpose-driven transformational leaders from different sectors, collaborating to have impact at scale through digital, addressing complex real-world problems to drive sustainable change. Using a mission oriented innovation approach, we bring together outstanding leaders from different industries to form powerful coalitions to solve the Grand Challenges as defined in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Our current mission is to have positive impact on social mobility at each life stage, starting with ‘Working Life' to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to reach and fulfil their potential in life. We're achieving our mission to guide and support young adults from less advantaged backgrounds into meaningful employment and the broader benefits of economic independence by the delivery of a pioneering data led, insight driven platform called Open-Doors. An integrated digital platform, spanning the thousands of specific solutions, served as a single end to end experience for young adults and employers, built for equity which will: 1. Deliver meaningful employment and economic independence for young adults;2. Dramatically improve access to and the progression into leadership roles of a diverse talent pool for organisation; and3. Help organisations to strengthen their corporate values and improve both their EDI metrics and their ESG rating
