Teach Manchester is an experienced School Direct Alliance based in central Manchester, consisting of a wide variety of primary, secondary, sixth form colleges and specialist schools. We are dedicated to developing confident teachers who can contribute to the culture of excellence across the alliance through providing an outstanding programme which will produce outstanding trainees.All of our programmes offer a diverse and inclusive programme of learning and support delivered by our Specialist Leaders of Education and School Leaders, input from our university partners and accreditation of 60 Masters Level credits as a PGCE. We train our in-school class and professional mentors to offer support, challenge and develop your practice through both formal and informal feedback, reviews and collaborative planning.We work in partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University, University of Manchester and University of Cumbria to offer innovative and exciting Initial Teacher Education across primary, primary with SEND and secondary subject specialisms. We provide a programme which equips new teachers with the skills and knowledge to be outstanding teachers, benefiting from the opportunities and challenges within our vibrant, diverse and exciting city.
