Jergens India Private Limited, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jergens Inc., Ohio, USA.Jergens Tooling Component Division was already known to few Indian companies due to their participation in EMO and other exhibitions in Europe and USA; the Quick Change Ball Lock System & Specialty Fasteners had made a quiet entry in work-holding applications in the two-wheeler and machine tool companies.The Jergens India story began a month after IMTEX 2007, when Jergens Inc. appointed K-Mechatronics, a Thane based start-up proprietary engineering design and consultancy firm, to promote the Jergens TCD products in India. Joseph P Killukan took up the promotion work in earnest and the efforts generated a lot of interest. The interest was further reinforced by the large number of visitors to the Jergens Inc. stall at IMTEX 2009. The company formation process was soon initiated and the operations commenced on 13th August, 2009, at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.We have grown steadily and our dedicated and trained technical sales &support engineers are available on a PAN India basis.We market, distribute & provide technical support for products sourced from our principals and the group companies, namely:1. Jergens Tooling Component Division,2. ASG-Jergens &3. Acme Industrial Company.The three member board of directors of the company are:1. Mr. Jack Harrison Schron Jr., President Jergens Inc.,2. Mr. Willis Wesley Howard III, CFO Jergens Inc., and3. Mr. Joseph P. Killukan , MDThe Indian operations are headed by Mr. Joseph P.
