CROSSBIZ is a privately held company founded in 2003 by Mr. Shams Gulzar, a software professional having almost two decades of working experience in Software Development, Management Consultancy, Project Planning, Feasibility Study, Business and Financial Management and other IT services and solutions providing to both local as well as foreign markets. He also has the honor to be the member of first delegation sent by PSEB (Pakistan Software Export Board) in 1996, to participate in an exhibition arranged by Comdex UK in order to promote Pakistani software in European markets. With the passage of time, CROSSBIZ has become a leading IT solutions provider in the region successfully providing the Solutions to both our local and foreign clients spread around the globe. In year 2011, the company was restructured and formed a Board of Directors headed by the Chairman Board of Directors and all the decisions and policies are being made and enforced after they are approved by the majority of the Directors.
