SADA was established year 1999 in Damascus under commercial registration from ministry of Trading and commerce under "companies representative and developing human resources & consultancy services" goals, SADA started it is real activity on land at April of 2000 , the main activity from the first day was supplying companies inside and outside Syria with the human capital for all business types , at the end of 2004 SADA went through providing some specific business categories with its services such as ( Retail industry , Oil and Gas Industry , Construction and building industry , hospitality & catering industry and all administrative and financial jobs) to sources employers with more effective attraction and selection services and the job seekers at the same time with unique job opportunities.At beginning of 2009 year another department was developed under "Training and development" name and the aim of this department was developing the job seekers to be suitable for the local and neighborhood countries Labor market in several disciplines .
