Qatar Foundation Research and Development (QF R&D) is one of the key pillars of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science, and Community Development. As custodian of the Qatar National Research Strategy (QNRS), it is leading the effort to make Qatar an international center for research and development excellence and innovation.
