We help investors navigate through the unknown aspects like Pooling and Servicing Agreements or the mysterious behind the scenes activities in the online auction process. In addition, 1619 Capital Partners created a platform for borrowers that are in special servicing to find the debt or equity they need so that new money can be brought into a deal.
