FIT U is a physician recommended and monitored way to reduce health risks associated with being overweight.Founded in 2011, Fit U administers an intensive, multicomponent behavioral health intervention in partnership with our growing network of physicians. We teach patients how to incorporate changes into their daily lives that bring about sustainable health improvement. Our certified health coaches and registered dietitians act as liaison and support for the physician, staff and patient.
