We found this difficult, discovering that no company existed that tailored to our needs, and decided to open our own property management firm. Being in business with you, we will draw management fees only when you collect money and never when your property remains vacant. To that end, we formed a Residential Property Management Company servicing Madison and the south-central Wisconsin area. We specialize in managing Single Family Homes, Duplexes, Condominiums, and Apartment Complexes as well as Home and Condo Owners Associations.
