**OPENING OCTOBER 2021** Vegas Vegan Culinary School & Eatery is the first women-owned, non-accredited vegan cooking school and deli in the US. Our mission is to provide individuals with the tools to learn the simplicity and deliciousness of plant-based eating and cooking. Offering 40+ monthly classes taught routinely by our own co-founder, Chef Mindy, as well as by local vegan chefs, out-of-town chefs and virtual, in-house classes with international chefs. Weekly meal prep and delivery with 5 different meal choices bi-weekly to order in bundles! Our deli/espresso bar will offer freshly made, take away or eat-in food/drink selections. Our hosted events and educational workshops will always focus on giving back to our community and bringing awareness to our animal welfare/sustainable efforts. With compostable products and an environmentally-friendly staff, you can rest-assured that you will not only enjoy our fun-loving location but you will be educated and entertained at the same time.
