It all started as a one-woman and one awesome administrative assistant insurance consulting firm in 1996, but by 2006 the entrepreneurial spirit had taken a bite into our fearless leader Tammera Hollerich. By 2006 she had grown a very successful Insurance Agency, the largest Balloon Decorating Company in the DFW market space and a Nutritional Weight Loss Education Company. Struggling to give them each an independent identity she lost herself and had become in the minds of the consumer "a jack of all trades master of nothing". To this day it is and was her biggest challenge. Hence, a parent company was needed to give her a way to help each company grow on it's own two legs, so to speak.
