A small independent, female, single person run studio based on Hackney Road east LondonWild Roots was born through a conversation on the desire to be both rooted, grounded and secure, whilst simultaneously adventurous, wild, and free. To feel connected to the ground beneath us, as well as the sky above us. To make space for, and allow the complete acceptance of our ever-evolving, changing selves, whilst staying true to our inner-most self. And whilst this ‘true self' may be a notion you are still untangling or searching for, we hope that through the nurturing environment of the Wild Roots studio, you can begin to connect to this rooted and wild essence that is within you, and within all of us.Community is at the heart of the Wild Roots ethos - our founder Heather dreamt of creating a space that felt like a second home - a safe and loving space. A space to connect, and to make bonds with both ourselves and those around us, to move and breathe with intention, and to come together in union and experience the life-changing, healing practice of yoga. Wild Roots is a space that is non-judgmental and welcoming at the core - come completely as you are, move as you wish, come home to yourself. This is a place that we hope allows you to fully surrender and be yourself, to let it all out, let it all go, and find joy and peace in a beautiful community of like minded people. At Wild Roots we aim to ensure everyone and their goals are nurtured, whether it be to deepen your practice, build strength and flexibility, recover from injury, be part of a special community, or simply to find your calm in this crazy, fast paced world we are living in. Wild Roots is a place for all, whether you have practiced yoga for years, or are just starting your yoga journey. We hope that everyone who walks through our doors feels safe, valued and supported.
