Explore Washington Park is a non-profit dedicated to providing transportation management and visitor services to people visiting Portland's Washington Park with the goal of improving Park access and the overall visitor experience. Explore Washington Park provides free shuttle service as a safe, convenient way to explore the 410-acre park, all of its venues and attractions. Washington Park, one of Portland's oldest parks, is home to Hoyt Arboretum, Portland Japanese Garden, World Forestry Center, Portland Children's Museum, Oregon Zoo, and the International Rose Test Garden. In addition to the cultural institutions, the Park has the locally-significant Oregon Holocaust Memorial, Oregon Vietnam Veterans Memorial, as well as playgrounds, an archery range, tennis courts, group picnic sites, over 15 miles of trails connected to Forest Park, and a TriMet light rail MAX station.
