Societal expectations, inequality, objectification and structural inequities place enormous pressures on women and other marginalized people. This leads to disconnection from our inner voice as we strive for validation from external sources, often by giving away every bit of ourselves. ConvergeWell programs are anchored in my intersectional feminist lens, drawing on decades of working with thousands of inspiring women from more than 30 countries around the world. My coaching will guide you to connect to and amplify your inner voice leading to self-generated realizations and lasting change. You'll establish clearer boundaries leading to less reactivity and rumination leaving more energy and space to live each day intentionally towards your unique vision. Using evidence-based coaching, tools and immersive experience, I serve as your compassionate and unwavering ally, confidante and guide.
