Region Ten Community Services Board provides mental health, mental retardation, and substance abuse services to the city of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Greene, Nelson, Fluvanna, and Louisa.One of 40 community service boards (CSBs) in the state of Virginia, Region Ten has a reputation for providing exceptional service to the residents of our community, including adults, children, infants, and families.
