Fish and Farm Restaurant is a hidden gem, tucked away in downtown San Francisco's Mark Twain Hotel. It is conveniently within walking distance of Union Square hotels and shopping, the Theater District and the Moscone Center. Chef Elisio Soto offers fresh, organic, seasonal California cuisine, with the influence of French cooking techniques. Signature dishes include Roasted Salmon, Grilled Pork Chops and Cioppino, a San Francisco Classic. Chef Soto's specialty is Mussels, which he offers in three different styles. The Fish and Farm bar offers craft beer, a selection of sustainable, international wines from small producers all over the globe, craft cocktails and and extensive list of Scotch, Bourbon, Whisk(e)y and Rye. Every month, Beverage Director, Heather Seliga, plans a variety of in-house events at very affordable prices including a "Meet the Distiller Social" and "Whiskey paring Dinner", a "Meet the Brewer Social" and "Craft Beer Dinner" and a "Meet the Wine Maker Social" and "Wine Paring Dinner".
