Looking for business management software isn’t easy – we should know. It was our own struggle to find a good system that led to us creating Optix for use in our own practice. We’ve built a system that gives you and your patients the online features they would expect, well ahead of the major optical groups. After all, you don’t become the most recommended system in the UK by following in others’ footsteps. You don’t become the fastest growing by resting on your laurels either. Since our launch we have continued to update Optix with one goal: to help you succeed by delivering the best software and, most importantly, the best service. That’s why we have a team of Optix experts ready to help you at every hurdle. This is the same team that will be installing your system; delivering training sessions and answering our support line whenever you need us. There’s more to running a business than just a good management system and we understand that as you grow, your needs will change. That’s why we’ve invested in providing numerous additional services based on our community’s needs. From VoIP, to broadband and individual bespoke training sessions; we offer many options allowing you to pick and choose what you want, when you want. We have no sales team – choosing to focus on our product and the Optix community. Optix has no initial license fees and no restrictive contract – our users stay because they choose to and together we improve our system. That’s why all Optix users are subscribed to our forum where they engage with other practices, seeking expertise or providing us with product suggestions. We also host an annual Optix conference, where hundreds of users gather for an informative few days out of the office, complete with celebrity speakers, musical performances and the latest Optix updates. The future will bring many changes and enhancements to our software, but one thing that will never change is our dedication to existing customers and to helping them succeed.
