We are proud to have a great staff with nearly a century of experience. Bill Zoltan, "President" of CRB, is no newcomer to the world of collections. He was with Dun and Bradstreet in the 1970's and was recognized with the prestigious D&B presidential citation for his contribution. He became a staff member at NACM in the 1980's where he provided a strong, proven collection and credit history and experience at a national level. He has monitored and serviced various National Industry Credit Groups and has provided training and seminars to credit professionals.We offer a unique approach to debt collection that is professional, persuasive, and principled.
