Apex Therapy Services is one of southeast Michigan's premier outpatient therapy clinics. Centrally located in Bingham Farms, our clinic serves patients from the tri-county area and beyond. Once that appointment is made, the initial session allows the therapist to meet with the patient and begin building rapport. Patient information is gathered and a diagnostic assessment that summarizes difficulties is completed. From there, a treatment plan is developed to help guide the therapy sessions and assess any subsequent progress. Regular assessments of therapy goals also help to guide our interventions.
