GripAble is a hand-held device that connects to a motivating mobile therapy app, through which patients can engage in fun therapy programmes - and therapists can assess their progress. Therapists have limited time with patients, and it is often difficult for patients to comply with prescribed exercises on their own. This can impair recovery.
