Energy ALIVE ® is a method of hands-on healing that not only helps the body release its stored stress, it also helps the mind and heart understand how to create deeper and more lasting experiences of well-being. Energy ALIVE™ has been developed by Henri Rand Furgiuele (pronounced: FUR jewel) over the past ten years. While teaching other healing modalities, she discovered that many students were less effective in their healing due to habits of tension in their own bodies. Many couldn't relax their muscles even when asked. She realized then that many individuals lack a functional awareness of their own body, and developed Energy ALIVE to address this need.
