When Master Chef Celestino Drago opened his first restaurant 21 years ago, his goal was to share the flavor of Italy with Los Angeles. He started with Drago in Santa Monica and continued to expand his business with Enoteca Drago, Il Pastaio, Drago Centro, Dolce Forno Bakery, Drago Air Catering and several other projects.Now Celestino Drago is one of the most respected Italian chefs in Los Angeles and the U.S., and he has recently been awarded the Certified Master Chef of Italian Cuisine (ICMC) by Accademia Barilla, reserved exclusively to chefs who have distinguished themselves for preserving and developing the authentic Italian cuisine around the world.
