At its core, mortgage lending is a people business. Human beings helping other human beings make one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Although technology has made the mortgage process more efficient; there’s a downside. Accessing those ever-helpful systems and tools often means spending more time in the office—instead of building relationships. SimpleNexus brings the tools and systems you need right to your mobile device. So, if you meet a prospect, you can start the loan origination process on the spot, to engage that borrower faster. You can answer customer questions from anywhere, with no callbacks. You can quote pricing in a realtor’s office, at a networking event or in line at the grocery store. You go from being a loan originator to a mobile originator. And that’s a competitive advantage.
