EPST provides selection services and airline pilot training.The selection tool (COMPASS) exists of an aptitude test and a personality questionnaire. The test can be done in-house, the results are available instantly via an online connection.Airline pilots are selected and trained. The basic training is done by two experienced quality Flight Training organizations, the advanced training (multi-crew) is done in-house. Active airline pilots are used as instructors in a modern fixed-base B737NG flight simulator.European Pilot Selection & Training (EPST) First Officer training program offers ab-initio (student) pilots an integrated training course including comprehensive airline style jet training to fully prepare them for their first airline interview and job. EPST will continue to provide support to successful graduates until their first pilot job has been obtained with one of the major airlines.
