Join Our Growing Mental Health Department! Providing timely, comprehensive behavioral health services is core to our mission. With the expansion of our mental health services, we are seeking behavioral health professionals to provide care in our 22 primary care co-located clinics and 18 standalone behavioral health centers. Our model of care has earned us distinction from the National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home in Behavioral Health Integration.
