Reconcile New Orleans, Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to helping out-of-school young adults from high risk/disconnected communities develop the skills and confidence they need to get and keep jobs in the New Orleans hospitality industry. Our neighborhood restaurant, Café Reconcile, serves as both a destination lunch spot and the primary training ground for students seeking to develop skills in the hospitality industry.
