Raintree is Cambodia's first creative office project, awarded "Best Office Development, Cambodia" at the International Property Awards. The project serves a diverse community of professionals, creatives and entrepreneurs alike.The project is a partnership between Urbanland (Embassy Residences, Embassy Central) and August Development Co (ADC), designed by Cambodian firm Hok Kang Architects (HKA). With a dedicated property management team, the project brings a fresh development approach to workspace that is community-focused and design-conscious to encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences.
