About UsMorris Architects Limited has been established since 2004, which was a re-branding of the previous practice known as John Richards & Partners, which was established in 1956. During this time the practice has developed a collective knowledge of information, making it extremely skilful today in the procurement of architecture in Jersey.Our ApproachMorris Architects is a practice that prides itself on providing a high level professional service, ranging from small domestic projects to large multi-million pound schemes. The practice is committed to achieving the aspirations of its clients through the ability to listen, analyse and respond. We assist with the development of bespoke briefs, developing designs, preparing computer visualisations and leading our clients through the journey from an idea to practical completion.The practice is solely managed by Andrew Morris who is involved in the day-to-day running of all projects within the practice and he is assisted by the management team. All projects are assessed through weekly management meetings to ensure that the information being produced is of high quality, meets client requirements and the programmes required are met.Our ServiceEach commission is initially assessed and is designated a manager and, if necessary, a project leader, who has day-to-day responsibility for the needs of the project and its execution. As the project develops, other members of the practice will assist with the execution of the work on an as and when need basis, injecting design and technical experience as necessary.The practice has established a good working relationship with public statutory bodies such as the planning department and private consultants within the island to provide a systematic approach to providing a product which is engineered to the solutions and aspirations of the brief. We believe that we are successful in our business philosophy as the majority of our workload is repeat business.
