Develop Her Game was created to provide as many girls as possible the opportunity to play football whilst having a positive social experience. Our vision is to ‘Inspire players to want to play football by creating a fun, engaging and safe environment where they can just play whilst developing their social skills to empower them to become exceptional young women'. Delivering high quality football coaching sessions within Northumberland for girls aged 4-15 who are interested in the game. We are passionate about increasing participation in the female game and will ensure that all girls develop, both in a footballing manner but also personally, in a fun, safe and positive environment. We believe that girls should feel comfortable and safe in the environment in which they are coached, allowing them to try new things and encourage them to make mistakes; with mistakes come learning opportunities and with high quality football coaching sessions comes development.
