Flow Hot Yoga Studio offers yoga classes for all levels of students. Our goal is to help you to realize students' full potential, whether they're trying yoga for the first time or they've been practising yoga for years.Our shared passion for yoga, health & wellness comes from the heart. We have a community at the centre of all we do. Our teachers are inspiring, challenging, compassionate, constructive and fun!We are passionate about what we teach. We teach and practice mindfully, with care, humour, warmth and attention to ease with each person present. You will be looked after, stimulated and challenged, perhaps in unexpected ways. We believe in the power of community. Our teachers are knowledgeable, approachable, compassionate and are trained in a wide variety of yoga ideas and principles. They work in schools, universities, as health professionals, homemakers and hospitality. They are students, artists, and designers. We believe this diversity is one of our strengths because it allows us to speak from diverse perspectives and broad experience providing depth to our understanding of yoga.
